All our designs are made to order, please allow the given lead time for your piece to be made - lead times will vary depending on the design.
We will notify you once your order is ready and keep you informed if for any reason there is an expected delay or if your order is complete before the given lead time. If you would like to request a design sooner than the lead time stated, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your requirements.

Bespoke requests can be made on certain designs, subject to additional costs. Please contact us to discuss your design requirements.

Please note we can not cancel orders once they are placed.

Although we endeavour to showcase the designs as accurately as possible, please note colour's may vary according to screen monitors.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery within the UK and their international Air Sure or Signed For service to all other countries. Should you require an expedited service, please contact us to arrange alternative shipping options and additional payment.

We will notify you once the order is shipped with the tracking information. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times once the order is shipped and do not take any responsibility or liability for delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event you do experience a delay, please contact the shipping service with tracking information provided.

Please note, oversea orders may be subject to import duties & taxes, these additional charges must be borne by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All orders undergo strict quality control and are thoroughly checked, photographed and catalogued prior to packaging to ensure the item is in perfect condition before shipment. If in the unlikely event the item is received damaged, please contact us immediately and we will tend to rectifying the problem promptly. A replacement will be sent where possible and if found necessary issue a refund once the original purchase as been returned - Please note, replacements do not apply to all designs.
